Welcome to Heritage Care Center in Fairbury, Nebraska. We are proud to be the first facility in the Vetter Senior Living family. Jack and Eldora Vetter purchased this location in 1975 and have been growing ever since.

Historic Fairbury is home to the original Fairbury Brand hot dog served at all home Husker football games. We are located in southeastern Nebraska right off Highway 15, and one block from the Fairbury Hospital and clinic.

We can enrich the lives of up to 100 residents at our skilled nursing facility. We offer private and semi-private rooms, hospice services, rehabilitation services, activities, resident transportation, and a beauty/barber shop with a full-time cosmetologist. We also provide short-term stays to enable your loved one to regain independence and return home.
