Heritage Care Center has a tradition of providing quality care to
residents who need personal assistance, rehabilitation services, or
other special services. These services are provided in an atmosphere
of dignity and respect by our highly qualified professional nursing

Skilled Nursing: |
Heritage Care Center is currently
licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Nebraska Health and
Human Services System. The beautiful facility is staffed by people
who are professionally and technically trained to provide quality
care.

Accommodations: |
 Our
beautiful facility offers semi-private, private and deluxe private
rooms.Appealing and
nutritious meals and snacks are served in our spacious dining room,
with a private dining room available for guests. Attention is given
to special diet needs, including supplements.

Restorative Care: |
Our care planning and services
emphasize restorative care. We are eager for our guests to regain as
much independence as possible in performing their activities of
daily living. We are here to encourage, assist, and comfort our
residents as they strive to continue a life of dignity and
individuality within a protected environment.

Therapies/Services: |
Cooperation with local health care
providers and specialists allows Heritage Care Center to make a
variety of therapies and special services available to each
resident. These include physical, speech, occupational, and
recreational therapies, as well as dental, podiatry, laboratory, and
x-ray services.

Hospice: |
If your loved one has been diagnosed
with a terminal illness, and your family wishes to receive education
related to a particular disease, grief support, or simply a
listening ear, our team of professional nurses will work with family
members to provide around-the-clock support and comfort for your
loved one.

In-house Chaplain: |
Religious support is always available
to residents in the facility. The chaplain is on call and visits
several times a week to meet the spiritual needs of our residents.

Other Services: |
All of our residents are encouraged to
participate in recreation activities and our individual and group activity
programs. Beauty and barber shop services are available. If
transportation to appointments is needed, use of our facility's van
can be arranged.
