3 Years in a Row!! Perfect Score – Deficiency-Free for Heritage Care Center in Fairbury, Nebraska

In the most recent survey administered by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Heritage Care Center was rated deficiency-free for a third consecutive year.

It is unusual for a skilled nursing and care center to receive a deficiency-free survey, meaning all services provided at this care center meet or exceeded all state and federal standards. All skilled nursing and care centers are inspected annually to evaluate services and renew state licensure. Unannounced, surveyors come in to interview, observe, and check records for at least four days. If each of the hundreds of regulations are met, the skilled nursing and care center is awarded a “deficiency-free” survey.

Heritage Care Center is licensed as a skilled nursing facility serving individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation for reasons such as joint replacements, cardiac surgeries, stroke and a variety of other medical needs. As a skilled nursing and care center, Heritage Care Center also serves those needing long-term care and memory support care.
